What is IT ChannelVision?

IT ChannelVision is designed to facilitate more consumer, SMB, and enterprise-focused market opportunities than any other IT program, as well as emerging technologies and total solutions. It provides focused and efficient business environments conductive to getting business done.

The concept is simple and proven: Bring the most influential System Builders and Solution Providers face-to-face with the industry's leading and emerging product and services Vendors in multiple settings.

Private Boardroom Appointments provide the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage by learning about the latest emerging technologies and solutions first. The IT Solution Center offers a one-on-one format ideal for evaluating new technologies as well as conducting in-depth discussions that develop stronger partnerships. Numerous social opportunities and networking events complete this productive business environment.

Who is invited to IT ChannelVision?

System Builders and Solution Providers from the United States and Canada are invited to join us at IT ChannelVision. Company size, growth potential, market influence, and the breadth of services and solutions offered customers are the criteria used to select attendees. Although sales volume differs from company to company, this group reflects the leaders in the regions and the markets they serve.

What is the cost to attend?

For System Builders and Solution Providers, participation is hosted "by invitation only." Invited participants are given an expense package, which includes airfare, ground transportation, deluxe hotel accommodations, and meals. Hosted participants agree to participate in mandatory Private Boardroom Appointments, World Premieres, and Industry Insight presentations and have the opportunity to meet with Vendors and analysts in one-on-one meetings.

If I speak with Vendors now, why should I attend?

With an audience of senior executives from System Builders, Solution Providers, and Vendors, IT ChannelVision allows opportunities that aren't readily available on a day-to-day basis. We continually bring in new Vendors who want to do business with System Builders and Solution Providers and require that Decision-Makers, not only sales representatives, are available. We've heard time and again from past attendees the value that this venue offers over the typical trade show. You will be privy to NDA (non-disclosure agreement) sessions, new product announcements, and have the opportunity to expand your business relationships.

What will my schedule be like during the Event?

IT ChannelVision offers a full schedule of business and networking events throughout the day and evening. Consider this the time to expand your business opportunities while being away from your day-to-day responsibilities. You are required to attend Private Boardroom Appointments, World Premieres, keynote presentations, one-on-ones, and the IT Solution Center. We understand that being away from the office for this length of time may be difficult. Should you find it impossible to do so, we welcome participation by another senior executive Decision-Maker from your organization. Despite the full schedule, short breaks allow you to make calls back to the office, and our on-site messaging system allows you to contact Vendors and check your e-mail at the Event.

What is the difference between a Private Boardroom Appointment and a World Premiere?

Private Boardroom Appointments are 25 minute presentations conducted in boardrooms or suites with groups of eight to ten System Builders or Solution Providers. This intimate setting provides for an interactive dialogue between you, your peers and the Vendor. During these sessions, you will discover new products and programs.

World Premieres are theatre-style venues during which Vendors launch products and programs. An invitation to a World Premiere offers you the opportunity to gain the competitive edge of being first to market.

What are Self-Scheduled One-on-Ones?

We have provided a tool that enables participants to maximizer their time and exert more flexibility and control over their afternoon meeting schedules. The self-scheduling module allows both Vendors and System Builders/Solution Providers to view each other's afternoon availability and request meetings during the IT Solution Center open hours. You will have the choice of conducting these meetings in the main area of the IT Solution Center expo floor or away from the hustle and bustle in a semi-private meeting area.

What are Industry Insight presentations?

Industry Insight presentations are interactive forums where analysts and industry experts present the latest in conditions, trends, and strategies. The content provided in Industry Insight presentations is focused on assisting you in driving your IT market business.

What is the deadline to register?
