One-on-Ones
After your boardroom appointments each day, you will have the opportunity to use the focused, but relaxed meeting area's at the IT Solution Center to conduct One-on-One appointments that turn contacts into customers. It is the ideal environment to showcase your products; discuss merchandising programmes; identify promotional opportunities; review sales targets and make deals.
Self Scheduling System
Prior to the Event, you will have the ability to pre-schedule One-on-One’s using the Self Scheduling System. This system allows both Vendors and System Builder/Solution Providers to view each others afternoon availability and request meetings. Once a meeting request has been made the recipient has the option to accept, reject or suggest an alternate time to meet. To make sure you are spending your One-on-One time with the right people, the Self Scheduling System highlights delegates who have mutual product interests and has a powerful search function which allows you to search the Event attendees in a variety of ways.
