Private Boardroom Appointments are prescheduled presentations conducted in boardrooms or suites with focused groups of 12 to 15 System Builders & Solution Providers. These appointments are designed for you to present product, service and programme information targeted to the specific needs of the channel. We encourage you to design innovative presentations that generate dialogue between you and the System Builders.

European Premieres are theatre-style presentations ideal for the launch of products and programmes. A targeted audience of System Builders ensures you maximum product launch and brand visibility.

Can Vendors attend other Vendors Boardroom Meetings?

No, Vendors sessions are reserved for System Builders and Solution Providers and the information delivered there is strictly confidential.

Can we organise a product demonstration during our boardroom meetings?

Yes, but be aware that after each session you might have to empty the meeting room for the next session. If you need special arrangements for your demonstration, please ask for our assistance.

What is IT Solution Centre?

IT Solution Centre is a meeting area where business is conducted face-to-face between Vendors and System Builder & Solution Providers. It is the ideal place to initiate or expand business alliances and run limited demonstrations of products. Each Vendor has a designated display table. There are numerous unassigned meeting tables throughout IT Solution Centre for Vendor/System Builder & Solution Provider meetings. Food and beverages are provided as well.

Are there other ways to deliver my company's message?

Before, during, and after the Events, there are a variety of ways to gain visibility. Vendors who have booked Private Boardroom Appointments have the opportunity to send a one-time e-mail to System Builders announcing your company, products, programmes and partnership incentives before and after the Event. IT ChannelVision Europe will coordinate this for you. There will be no charge for this service. Additionally, as a "Summit Partner," you'll benefit from inclusion in collateral, the Web site, newsletters, news releases, signage, and the Event Directory.

What is the cost to attend the Events?

What is the venue?

Immersed in a 20 acre private Mediterranean park with indoor and outdoor pools, the Rome Marriott Park Hotel offers a wide range of services for a successful meeting or a relaxing weekend. The brand new Rome Marriott Park Hotel, opened in September 2006, offers a functional cocktail between the newest technology and the hand made Italian traditional manufactures. The hotel has the largest convention Center in Europe with meeting facilities for over 6,000 people. Completion of Fitness Center & Spa, Wine Bar, Wellness Bar, Take Away and Gift Shop is expected for the beginning of 2007.
